Our story

I got into sand sculpting around 2010. After taking a “Process of Art” class in college, I started playing around with sand whenever I was at the beach — and what began as a fun experiment slowly grew into a real skill and a hobby I love.

I've now been sand sculpting for over 10 years and have competed in about a dozen contests. Most recently, my team and I won 1st place in the creativity category at the 63rd Annual Corona del Mar Sand Castle Competition.

Today I get to share that with other curious, artsy people through my classes here in Dana Point. I'll bring the buckets — let's get creative!
